With plenty of changes since 2016, here is a handy guide on voting in Pennsylvania ahead of the November election, writes Jonathan Lai for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The main difference between this one and the last election is that now every Pennsylvanian can vote by mail.

The quickest way to register to vote is to use the online form at the Department of State’s website. A paper application can also be filled out and either mail or hand-delivered to your county elections office.

If you are already registered, you should check your information here to make sure your name and address are correct and you are indeed still registered. Here you can make any changes to your information.

You can register until the end of the day on October 19. If you do not have a driver’s license or state ID, you will have to use your social security number for the registration process.

To apply to vote by mail, use the Department of State’s online form or fill out a paper application and deliver it to the county elections office.
