One Year In, Elevated Eats at The Vault Town Center Has Become a Harleysville Dining Destination

Elevated Eats in Harleysville serves chef-driven sandwiches and creative wings inside The Vault Town Center on Main Street.

Sam Fuerst and Kayla Keck already had a hit on their hands with Sammy’s Bullfrog Café. A year after opening Elevated Eats, it looks like they have another one.

Located at 483 Main Street inside The Vault Town Center, Elevated Eats is a chef-driven restaurant specializing in gourmet sandwiches and creative interpretations of familiar comfort food.

Where Sammy’s Bulfrog is known for breakfast, brunch, and an ever-changing selection of daytime specials, Elevated Eats leans differently. It offers the kinds of substantial sandwiches and shareable plates that work equally well for lunch, dinner, or an evening at the neighboring brewery.

A Menu Built Around Philadelphia Favorites With a Harleysville Twist

The restaurant describes its food as “elevated bar food.” The menu goes well beyond the standard collection of burgers and fried appetizers found at most neighborhood spots.

Standout items include a Philly cheesesteak made with house-shaved, salt-cured rib eye and a housemade Cooper Sharp whiz. The kitchen transforms Cooper Sharp cheese into a creamy, salty wiz that customers have singled out.

The Elevated Italian Hoagie layers mortadella, prosciutto, spicy capicola, pepperoni, sharp provolone, and cherry pepper relish on a seeded Liscio’s roll.

The Italian Roast Pork Sandwich features seasoned slow-roasted pork, sharp provolone, broccoli rabe, and cherry pepper relish on the same roll, served with hand-cut fries.

The Bullfrog Smash Burger and a rotating conch chowder round out a menu that rewards repeat visits.

Wings, Specials, and the Housemade Details That Set It Apart

The wing menu reflects the kitchen’s playful approach. Customers can choose from flavors like apple butter barbecue, Asian orange sesame, garlic Parmesan. Fan-favorite Sammy’s Lager Hot Baltimore combines a crab-spiced dry rub with hot honey.

Cauliflower wings provide a meatless alternative, and the housemade ranch that regulars loved at Sammy’s Bullfrog Café carries over to the new menu as well.

The kitchen also rotates specials that allow Fuerst and his team to experiment with different ingredients, sauces, and combinations. Sandwiches come with house-made or kettle-cooked chips.

The Vault Town Center and a Natural Partnership With Neshaminy Creek

Elevated Eats benefits from its location inside The Vault Town Center, the mixed-use redevelopment of the former Harleysville National Bank property.

The campus is being repositioned as a walkable collection of restaurants, fitness businesses, entertainment options, and shared gathering areas. Developers have preserved the historic character of the former bank building while adding outdoor seating and collaborative spaces.

Other businesses at The Vault include Saha Yoga, and Birdie Bays Indoor Golf. But Elevated Eats’ relationship with Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company is its most natural partnership.

The brewery’s Harleysville taproom sits directly next door and offers 16 taps of Neshaminy Creek beers alongside local wine, cider, spirits, and canned cocktails.

The integration between the two businesses is seamless. Customers can order directly from Elevated Eats, place a takeout order, or use a QR code at the taproom to order from their seat.

The kitchen texts when the food is ready for pickup, turning a meal at Elevated Eats into a full outing: a cheesesteak and a craft beer, wings and a lager, or a smash burger before or after a round at the indoor golf facility next door.

Elevated Eats is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from noon to 6 PM.
