CompanyVoice is Blue Bell is seeking applicants for Banking Customer Service Representatives.

Program Hours:
Mon- Fri 8:30am – 12:00am
Sat/Sun 8:00am – 8:00pm

The Customer Service Representatives assist digital banking customers with basic account transactions, questions, and troubleshooting.

Customer interaction is via Phone, Chat, and Email in support of a single client for CompanyVoice.  

The Customer Service Representative works closely in a team of agents completing the same function and is supported by a supervisor. Extensive training is provided on the needs of the client, their customers, and the system that enables incoming and outgoing calls.

CompanyVoice offers the ability to work in the office or at home, independently, after training is completed.

The following criteria apply to applicants:

Requirements:

Background check

Credit check

Computer literacy assessment

Training on-site at Company Voice office

Availability: 

2 weekday nights until Midnight

2 weekdays

1 weekend day

Background: 

Preferable customer service or banking (Financial). Looking for individuals with strong computer/technology skills and literacy. Will be working on multiple computer systems.
