A fast-growing regional burger chain is setting its sights on the Main Line, with Gouldsburger’s officially headed to Ardmore, writes Emma Dooling for The Philadelphia Business Journal.
The locally founded concept is known for its signature burgers cooked in olive oil, and Montco diners won’t have to wait long to try them.
Gouldsburger’s will open at 4 Station Road in Ardmore, with an anticipated debut in the next two to three weeks. The location adds another dining option to Ardmore’s already active restaurant scene, which continues to attract both independent operators and expanding regional brands.
The Ardmore opening is part of a broader growth push for Gouldsburger’s, which also has three new New Jersey locations in the works, including Cinnaminson, Marlton, and Glassboro. The chain most recently opened a location in Sicklerville in October, continuing its steady expansion pace.
Founded in Haddonfield in 2023 by co-owners David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury, Gouldsburger’s has quickly grown beyond its original footprint, with locations now in Center City, University City, and multiple South Jersey communities. The Ardmore shop marks its first Montgomery County presence—and likely won’t be its last.
