Cummiskey has worked for multiple retailers in both corporate and store roles, and she aimed to apply her expertise to elevate the non-alcoholic cocktail experience.
“So many of the products that were coming out are just things that you wouldn’t think were possible anymore,” she said. “So to be able to showcase the bottles and the spirits in a sophisticated, elevated environment, I wanted it to feel accessible to everybody, whether you drink alcohol or not.”
