This September, Gouldsburger’s will bring its fast-casual burger sensation to Ardmore, introducing the town to its high-quality comfort food and next-level ingredients, writes Marilyn Johnson for the Philly Grub.
Gouldsburger’s is known for serving delicious classics with a gourmet twist, which has secured it a loyal following.
The new franchise will be operated by South Jersey married couple Mike O’Leary, a detective with the Gloucester County Police Department, and Samantha Sandoz, a real estate professional.
The menu offerings will include juicy burgers made with USDA Prime beef, cheesesteaks, uncured grass-fed beef hot dogs, and crispy chicken sandwiches made from scratch, along with fries cooked in 100 percent olive oil.
All items are cooked to order. Gouldsburger’s aims to deliver “good food, done right,” whether you are avoiding gluten or seed oils, or simply prefer clean-tasting, well-sourced ingredients.
The new eatery will be located just steps from Suburban Square, placing it in the heart of one of Ardmore’s busiest retail and dining districts. It will be Gouldsburger’s seventh location and its first on the Main Line. Additional locations are already in the works for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where the concept first launched in 2021.
