Gouldsburger’s Expands to Main Line With Ardmore Outpost

The fast-casual chain Gouldsburger’s has expanded with a new location in Ardmore, marking its seventh overall and third in Pennsylvania.

The popular fast-casual chain Gouldsburger’s has expanded to the Main Line with a new location in Ardmore, which is its seventh overall and third in Pennsylvania, writes Max Bennett for the Patch.

Mike O’Leary and Samantha Sandoz, a husband-and-wife team, now own and operate the Ardmore franchise at 4 Station Road. They became involved when the chain’s main owners, Walter Gouldsburger and David Murray, were looking at expanding the business further.

“They came to us, said we found a location in Ardmore, and asked us to take a look,” said O’Leary. “It was a great neighborhood and a great environment. The people are excellent.”

Guests can savor popular options such as the Gould Standard, with lettuce, pickle chips, raw onion, Cooper Sharp American cheese, and Heinz ketchup, or the Forager, which includes caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and truffle aioli.

Customers can build their own burgers from a range of free and premium toppings, such as hot cherry peppers, applewood-smoked bacon, cayenne butter sauce, avocado, and sunny-side-up eggs.

Those looking for alternatives to burgers will also find plenty of choices, from cheesesteaks and loaded fries to breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, and other offerings.
