Family-run Ross and Company Kitchen is expanding to Hatboro and bringing good food, sweet cocktails, and live music for everybody to enjoy, reports Rachel Moore for PHL17.

The eatery is owned industry veteran Bob Ross, who got his first restaurant gig flipping pancakes when he was just fifteen years old.

“I grew up throughout the restaurant industry and I did a bunch of cool jobs, from TGI Fridays for 19 years to Brick House Tavern and Tap for nine years,” said Ross, “from dishwasher to vice president of operations.”

Starting his own restaurant was the fulfillment of a life-long dream. His family is involved in the business and the original location which he bought during the pandemic, Gypsy Blu, has proven to be a huge success.

They decided to expand in November, which brought them to Hatboro.

Around 70 percent of the menu is the same in both restaurants, but the Hatboro location has additional items, including offering a range of bar food.

Highlights include ahi tuna salad, shrimp tacos, and Buffalo chicken meatballs.
