As Election Day Nears in Montgomery County, Here’s What You Need to Know

Election Day is around the corner, and as deadlines approach, Montgomery County residents can get tapped into their nearest ballot box.

Election Day is around the corner, and as deadlines approach, Montgomery County residents can get tapped into their nearest ballot box. All Pennsylvanians must be registered to vote by October 23 if they plan to participate in this year’s elections, writes Justin Heinze for The Patch.  

Mail-in ballot applications must be submitted by Oct. 31 at 5 PM, and Nov. 14 is the final day for military and overseas absentee ballots to be received. Ballot drop box locations will be scattered around Montgomery County, including: 

Various polling locations in Montgomery County are also seeking volunteers for Election Day. While 2,800 residents are signed up, Towamencin, Upper Moreland, Lower Moreland, Cheltenham, and Plymouth are still in need of volunteers.
