Wallace Dry Goods in Ardmore wants to be the community hotspot for people looking for non-alcoholic fun, writes Nydia Han and Heather Grubola for 6abc.

The non-alcoholic industry has been booming in the last few years and Robin Cummiskey, the owner of Wallace Dry Goods, wants people to know that they can still enjoy fun, creative cocktails without the booze.

Cummiskey’s mission is to offer the finest in no or low-alcohol refreshments and to create an inviting community space.

“I missed being able to go into a bar or, you know, make a cocktail just without the alcohol. So as these products got better and better, I wanted to be able to help showcase them and show people that they exist,” she said.

At Wallace Dry Goods, she also holds special events and classes and a daily tasting bar.

“People are also just excited to have somewhere to go, something to do that isn’t involving alcohol, or even just to get them out of their house for any reason,” Cummiskey said.
