King of Prussia’s David’s Bridal Expands Luxe Boutique Concept

King of Prussia’s David’s Bridal expands its luxe Diamonds & Pearls concept, blending couture style with tech-driven personalization.

King of Prussia-based David’s Bridal is taking wedding shopping to new heights with its boutique concept, Diamonds & Pearls, writes Marianne Wilson for Chain Store Age.

The concept first launched in Florida earlier this year, and the second location has now opened at the Wayside shopping center in Massachusetts. Additional sites planned for 2026.

The new format blends affordability with couture-inspired sophistication, offering brides a curated and intimate alternative to traditional retail. Inside the boutique, shoppers find exclusive designer gowns, along with jewelry, shoes, and in-house alterations. Diamonds and Pearls have about one-third of the SKUs of a typical David’s store. Instead, the focus is on a refined, elevated selection.

Technology is at the heart of the experience. Interactive touchscreens powered by Shopify POS let customers explore the brand’s full inventory in real time, bridging the gap between digital convenience and in-person service. CEO Kelly Cook said the concept reflects “the future of bridal retail,” giving every bride the personalized attention she deserves.

David’s Bridal is also expanding through partnerships. In September, it became the global producer and retailer of Vera Wang Bride through a deal with WHP Global
