Ardmore’s Suburban Square will welcome several new tenants before the end of the month, writes Max Bennett for the Patch.

The businesses expected to open in June include Alo, Seasalt Cornwall, and DIG, while Coulter Place, a mixed-use commercial and residential space, will open in late 2025.

Alo, a yoga wear and accessories brand, will open a 3,278-square-foot store. Seasalt Cornwall, a brand inspired by the Cornish coast known for its responsibly sourced, timeless styles for women and men, will open a 2,000-square-foot location. Meanwhile, DIG, a farm-to-table restaurant chain, will bring its seasonal, locally sourced, chef-driven food to a 1,785-square-foot space.

Coulter Place will be located in the heart of Suburban Square and offer sophisticated living with luxury amenities. Residents will also be able to access specialty shops such as New Balance, Sugared and Bronzed, and Rhone, along with a Skin Laundry facial rejuvenation center.

“Suburban Square has a longstanding legacy for being the shopping, dining, and social heart of the Main Line,” said Alicia Lupold, Regional Vice President of Property Management for Kimco Realty Corporation. “These exciting new retailers are set to elevate the area’s lifestyle offerings, bringing vibrant and dynamic experiences that will enrich the community.”
