Yuletide at Devon is a winter wonderland that arrived to Chester County for the first time this year.

This holiday season, the Devon Horse Show has morphed into a magical Yuletide at Devon, a unique holiday experience that is bound to impress both young and old alike, writes Dawn Timmeney for FOX29 Philadelphia

“There is a buzz in the air about it,” said Matthew Brink, who stopped by Yuletide at Devon earlier this week with his wife to enjoy some Christmas cheer. “Everybody we talk to is like, have you been there yet?”

Among the attractions is the enchanted forest that boasts 1,000 real and artificial trees, all of them illuminated.

The experience is a family idea thought up by Rob Bickhart and his son Jes. The pair did not like to see the Devon Horse Show and Country Fairgrounds in complete darkness during the winter months.

While the whole process took a few years, they made sure to make the experience “unique to this area and community and offer family and kids something to do outside and have some fun,” said Rob Bickhart.

Yuletide at Devon also offers over 40 fabulous shops, two bars, and many different rides.
