ZIP Code 19001 (Abington and Willow Grove) is one of the hottest ZIP Codes in the Philadelphia region and the only Pennsylvania place to make the top five, write Mike D’Onofrio and Taylor Allen for the AXIOS.
ZIP Code 19001 ranked first on the list where the median price is $349,000.
Other ZIP Codes in the top five include 19702 (Christiana and Bear, Delaware,) 19707 (Hockessin, Pike Creek, and North Star, Delaware,) 19803 (Wilmington, Delaware,) and 19711 (Newark, Delaware.)
