CUTLOOSE STUDIO will be hosting One CAN Make a Difference Food Drive and Free Workout at Von C Brewing on November 20th at 11 am.

Join in on a 45-minute full-body weighted workout with cans as they look to combat hunger! This workout is designed for anybody with a body. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!

This event will be held at Von C Brewing located at 1210 Stanbridge Street in Norristown.

Entry to this event is completely free with the donation of 10 cans or non-perishable items to assist in their efforts of collecting 500 pounds of food to be donated to Montgomery County Food Banks this holiday season. Spots are limited so registration is required and can be done through Eventbrite here.

This event is open to the public and the workout is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, gym towel, and most importantly, your smile and energy!

Join CUTLOOSE STUDIO and the CUTLOOSE COMMUNITY while they aim to CRUSH hunger in the Montgomery County area this holiday season.

Together, the group will collectively move through full-body movements with cans to get in a great workout and then acknowledge the fundraising efforts with a post-workout celebration beginning at 12pm. Each exercise will have modifications provided by Coach Emily and Coach Jordan to ensure all participants feel safe and welcomed.

CUTLOOSE STUDIO provides a safe, all-inclusive environment for events following current COVID-19 protocols.

Together, owners Emily Rodenbaugh and Jordan Deane, have created a community of Goal Crushers who work out live virtually 16 times a month and in-person 2 times a month with creative events such as this one.

CUTLOOSE STUDIO launched in the midst of the pandemic to give clientele of all ages and fitness levels struggling with their health and wellness a community to rely on during the trying times.

Since their launch in August of 2020, the company has evolved with multiple global partnerships such as FABLETICS and Comcast while still focusing on local partnerships to build a strong community and bring like-minded people together.
