Montgomery County is the best county to live in Pennsylvania, according to a new ranking from 1310 Newsradio.

With a population of 821,301 and a median household income of $88,166, Montgomery County is one of the most affluent in the Keystone State.

The median home value is $305,800, with 72 of percent residents owning their homes. Meanwhile, the median rent is $1,253.

The county is a place of many attractive historical places, including Valley Forge, the site of the 1777 and 1778 winter encampment of the Continental Army led by General George Washington.
