Conshohocken, which sits on the Schuylkill River shores, has been attracting both first-time homebuyers and veteran homeowners. Among the many advantages this picturesque town has to offer are its accessibility, vibrant bar and restaurant scene. With the real estate development also booming, buyers can choose between new condo units and modern or recently updated homes.

Bryn Mawr has been in the center of attention in part due to its many historic homes.

Homebuyers can choose from many spacious Tudor, French Normandy, and Colonial mansions that date back to the eighteenth century. There are also plenty of new construction homes that blend old and new as historically accurate Colonial-style mansions combined with steel and wood verandas.

Meanwhile, Chestnut Hill is an idyllic commuter suburb known for its historic Victorian-style mansions that line the wide, tree-coated streets. The suburb also boasts a busy commercial strip where buyers can find a plethora of boutiques, antique shops, restaurants, art galleries, and much more.
