Lochel’s Bakery in Hatboro has announced the winner of its deliciously unusual cookie election poll and this year Donald Trump came out as the overwhelming winner, writes Alexandra Deabler for Fox News.

According to the final tally, the bakery sold 31,804 Trump election cookies and 5,750 Biden cookies. Still, the biggest winner of the poll may be the bakery itself, having sold a whopping 37,554 election-themed cookies to people all over the country.

“This is definitely by far the busiest we’ve ever been,” said bakery owner Kathleen Lochel.

She added that the demand for the election cookies surpassed anything they have seen in the four years they have been running the friendly competition.

And despite the election being over and the cookies tallied, Lochel said they still have cookie orders to fill. This means the bakery will be making the limited-edition treats for quite some time until all previous orders have been filled.

She is also planning to debut a celebratory cookie after the official election results are in.
