Supervisor – Desktop Support

This position supervises one to three desktop support technicians and acts as escalation point for other staff; monitors and tracks all support requests through Service Desk to ensure tickets are being resolved correctly and in a timely manner; and provides metrics on team performance and ticket reports.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and three to five years of relevant experience; experience in hiring, evaluating, and mentoring desktop technician or IT technical teams; and expert level knowledge about desktop and enterprise computer systems.

Medical Equipment Planner

This position meets with designers to review furniture specifications, advise regarding processes, and enforce standards; manages exception requests to furniture standards; ensures dealers have coordinated furniture installation per project schedule; and reviews and approves project invoices.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of related experience; strong business decision-making sense; extensive medical equipment knowledge; proficiency in using Microsoft Excel; and strong communication and customer service skills.

Director – Compliance

This position develops and presents compliance and privacy trainings to the UHS subsidiary healthcare operations; oversees the compliance audit and monitoring program team; supports the compliance hotline and investigations team; and prepares periodic field, committee and board reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare legal role and/or eight to ten years of experience in a role supporting healthcare regulatory compliance; and experience with SharePoint audit and monitoring platform and  compliance databases.
