Employee/Labor Relations Manager

This position helps strategize and respond to employee and labor issues; manages union avoidance and NLRB campaigns; builds credibility and morale among employees while gaining the trust of management; and acts as negotiator for labor negotiations at assigned facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in human resources or a J.D. and a minimum of five years of related experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and experience in leadership and employee training in labor issues and NLRB election campaigns.

Senior Accountant

This position coordinates and prepares monthly financial statement packages and general ledger accounting for physician practices; prepares and posts month end close journal entries; and provides accounting and information systems support to management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; working knowledge of general accounting concepts, practices, standards, principles, and activities; and demonstrated communication skills, numerical facility, and analytical abilities.

Senior Reporting Analyst

This position helps develop and deploy key financial reports that represent specific areas of focus to help UHS hospitals to achieve financial and clinical goals; designs report systems; promotes the use of financial reporting tools; and administers other financial reporting tools, such as McKesson PFM.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five to eight years of experience; detailed knowledge of healthcare operations such as patient financial services, revenue cycles, and general accounting principles; and proficiency in Microsoft Office software and SQL.
