Wholesale Operations Associate

This position monitors the pipeline of appraisals to ensure the success of meeting closing dates, expiration dates, and customer expectations, communicates and manages all loan information, and reviews the loan throughout the process to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess two to four years of experience in the mortgage industry, two years of wholesale mortgage experience, and fundamental understanding of the appraisal order process and UCDP and EAD portals.

Mortgage Credit Strategy Analyst

This position provides key business case analysis on new product offerings and the expansion of current products, prepares competitive analysis materials, and uses market and competitive data to identify increased opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, though a master’s degree is preferred, a minimum of five years of mortgage industry experience, and a minimum of three years of experience in credit policy, risk management, capital markets, or underwriting.

Assistant Credit Analyst

This position enters all prospective or new client data into the tracking system, conducts due diligence and background checks, and coordinates and distributes all necessary departmental letters and reference materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a minimum of two years of financial analysis and/or risk assessment experience, and mortgage banking experience.
