Mortgage Credit Strategy Analyst

This position is responsible for developing the mortgage credit strategy for Lakeview Loan Servicing, which includes building business cases for new products, optimizing current credit strategy, portfolio surveillance, and performing competitor analysis. He/she will provide key business case analysis on new product offerings and expansion of current products utilizing market opportunity, revenue opportunity, default data, investor guidelines, pricing intelligence, and competitor analysis to drive a robust credit strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field, and have a minimum of five years of mortgage industry experience. He/she should have at least three years of experience in Credit Policy, Risk Management, Capital Markets, or Underwriting.

Foreclosure Document Coordinator

This position is responsible for reviewing packages of information and documents, as well as calculating accurate figures necessary for various foreclosure and Bankruptcy documents for both residential and commercial loans. He/she will help ensure that the foreclosure and/or bankruptcy-related documents are completed accurately, in accordance with document specific requirements, and in accordance with internal policies, applicable state, and federal laws.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with foreclosure and/or bankruptcy in a loan servicing environment. He/she will have a familiarity with general real estate law or basic familiarity with mortgages, notes, and other basic loan documents. The person must have knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Client Manager

This position serves as the direct contact for all Correspondent TPO clients requiring assistance with any aspect of the correspondent closed loan origination process. This position will work in a team environment, providing an optimal customer experience by managing the relationship throughout the lifecycle of the loan (Registration to Purchase). The position requires best-in-class communication and problem solving skills, and detailed knowledge of all loan programs, compliance rules, investor requirements, and general mortgage origination standards.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industry program policies, procedures, regulations and laws. He/she will have thorough knowledge of both Federal and State mortgage compliance requirements as it pertains to Correspondent TPO Lending. The person will have a strong understanding of the operational responsibilities involved in the purchase and transfer of whole loan assets.
