Closing Auditor

This position facilitates resolution of post-funding issues involving escrow accounts, payoff shortages, and borrower inquiries. He/she supports the closing team to ensure that loan documents are prepared compliantly with no variances between signed documents and loan origination system data. The person researches and cures any issues related to the transfer of servicing documents on loans closed.

The ideal candidate will preferably have a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a minimum of three years of mortgage closing experience with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, HUD1 cures, and disclosures. The person will have knowledge of the mortgage loan process, the preparing and calculation of mortgage loan closing documents, and of title insurance requirements

Funding Manager

This position oversees the review of CDs and funding packs on closed loan files to ensure compliance with loan program requirements. He/she monitors title companies’ performance in confirming receipt of borrower’s funds and signed documents. The person oversees communication with the corporate funding department on the status of wire requests, disbursements, and revisions. He/she trains new hires on department procedures and processes.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a year of residential mortgage experience, including processing, closing, post-closing, or other directly related experience. The person will be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Instructional Designer

This position creates engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances information retention and transfer. He/she conducts instructional research and analysis on learners and contents. The person applies tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create supporting material and provide exercises that enhance the learning process.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. He/she will have solid knowledge of course development software and at least one learning management system. The person will be able to write effective user-based instruction, leader/instructional text, and audio/video scripts.
