Horsham’s MRA Group Acquires Former Rohm & Haas Campus in Spring House

Horsham’s MRA Group has acquired the 133 acre site formerly known as the Rohm & Haas Campus in Spring House.
The site at 727 Norristown Road, which includes eleven buildings covering 591,000-square-feet, has now been rebranded the Spring House Technology Park.
“We are transforming Spring House Technology Park into the premier, multi-use technology enhanced campus in the region,” said Mike Wojewodka, Senior Vice President of MRA Group.
He said that plans for the newly acquired property include first class office and laboratory spaces.
In addition, the campus environment will include facilities such as a university-affiliated regional center of excellence for innovation and advanced production and a commercialization center.

The plans also include a boutique hotel, on-demand office space, shared conference facilities, on-site child daycare, a health and fitness center. An accompanying retail village will provide close to 40,000-square-feet of restaurants and other amenities.
“Our focus is in attracting companies that can best utilize the robust existing laboratory infrastructure at one of the best locations in the Philadelphia region,” said Wojewodka.
According to Larry Stuardi, CEO of MRA Group, the development is being done in close collaboration with Lower Gwynedd Township, which shares the same vision for the development.
