MRA Group to Transform Lansdale Medical Building with Energy-Efficient Upgrades

MRA Group acquires the former LMG Medical Building in Lansdale, PA, with plans for extensive renovations and modernization. The new Lansdale Medical Building aims to enhance community healthcare.

MRA Group, a Horsham-based real estate development and client services firm, has acquired the former LMG Medical Building in Lansdale.

The 40,000-square-foot medical office complex, now renamed Lansdale Medical Building, is set to undergo extensive renovations, include energy-efficient upgrades.

“We look forward to breathing life back into this destination community medical office facility,” said MRA President & Partner Mike Wojewodka.

“With the improvements we are making, the ideal location in the Lansdale/North Wales area, and the current tenants in place, we plan to attract more healthcare providers bringing significant benefit to the surrounding community.”

The capital improvement plans, anchored by Grand View Health, LMG Family Practice, and Labcorp, are expected to be completed by the end of 2024. These upgrades align with MRA’s commitment to modernizing buildings and delivering energy-efficient improvements.

LMB, situated at the intersection of Allentown Road and Broad Street, is currently 50% leased. Tenants include family practices, orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, imaging, and lab diagnostics. The building is within easy access to Route 309 and the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

MRA has a portfolio that includes over 4.5M square feet of medical, life sciences, and office real estate. Their notable projects include Chestnut Run Innovation and Science Park, Spring House Innovation Park, and TEK Park.
