A 100-room Marriott hotel in Langhorne near Sesame Place is officially off the market, after being purchased by Baywood Hotels.

A 100-room Marriott hotel in Langhorne near Sesame Place is officially off the market, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.  

Maryland-based Baywood Hotels bought the Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne for $22.1 million.  

The 17-year-old property was purchased from New York-based MCR, a hospitality firm. Back in 2018, the firm purchased the hotel for $13.2 million.  

The Residence Inn, located off Route 1, houses an indoor pool, meeting space, and fitness center. 

In addition to Sesame Place, the hotel is also in proximity to Oxford Valley Shopping Center, Jefferson Bucks Hospital, and Parx Casino.
