This position manages all aspects of recruiting efforts for a specified territory, plans and executes fall and spring travel schedules, and conducts interviews, appointments, and group information sessions for prospective students and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one year of recruiting experience in an admissions department, and working knowledge of CRM databases and a variety of reporting systems.

Executive Assistant

This position serves as chief assistant to the President and General Counsel in a number of matters including scheduling, responding to correspondence, and coordinating events and activities to help build key relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with some level of concentration in law and/or policy, the ability to lead meetings and speak publicly, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Director of Development and Alumni Relations

This position leads the planning and implementation of all fundraising efforts, including the comprehensive development plan, annual fund, major giving programs, donor relations, and corporate/foundation grant proposals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field, a minimum of ten years of non-profit fundraising experience including seven years in a leadership role, and experience in face-to-face gift solicitations.
