Located in Jenkintown, Manor College is a private, Catholic institution of higher learning founded by the Byzantine Ukrainian Sisters of Saint Basil the Great. It offers transfer and career-oriented programs to traditional age and adult students. Manor College strives to provide its students with a personalized education that promotes a wide breadth of learning and enables students to develop fully as individuals.

Policy, Compliance, and Risk Mitigation Manager

This position plans, assists with, and advises the College’s various accreditation processes and programs. He/she supports the President’s office with numerous compliance and educational training programs for faculty, staff, and administration. The person collaborates with other departments providing support, education, and training to build compliance and risk awareness within the institution.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with some level of concentration in law and/or policy. He/she will have seven years of experience in higher education. The person will be comfortable with some public speaking and leading job-related meetings and committees.

Director of Development and Alumni Relations

This position leads the planning and implementation of all fundraising campaigns, including a comprehensive development plan, annual fund, capital and endowment funds, major and planned giving programs, donor relations, and corporate/foundation grant proposals. He/she maintains accurate records of all funds, provides prompt acknowledgement of all gifts, and develops and maintains donor recognition programs. The person works with and manages volunteer groups related to development and alumni.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though an advanced degree in a related field is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of 10 years of non-profit fundraising experience, with seven years in a leadership role. Experience in higher education or institutional advancement is a plus.
