Super Bowl ads have become a cultural phenomenon, and tonight, the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association is bringing its annual Super Bowl Smackdown event to Normandy Farm in Blue Bell.

Every year, this event brings out a group of the region’s top marketing leaders for a fun debate on the Super Bowl ads. The event is traditionally held in Philadelphia, and in recent years, places like Xfinity Live and Citizens Bank Park have served as hosts.

This year, the popular event is in Montgomery County.

“I’m delighted to be invited back to be part of AMA’s 2017 Super Bowl Smackdown,” said Ed Harris, the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board and the moderator of the 2015 event.

“It’s always a fun event and attracts a wide range of marketing pros from throughout the Philadelphia region.

“The fact that they’ve selected Normandy Farm in Montgomery County to host this event makes it extra special for me, as our organization promotes all things ‘Montco.’ Coming off a record year for visitation to our website and occupancy for our hotel community, it’s great to see the surge in interest for things to do in our neck of the woods continue in 2017.”
