The venue is offering a superb four-course farm-to-table menu prepared by award-winning executive chef Mtele “Abu” Abubakar. Surrounded by the history and charm of Normandy Farm, diners will start their culinary experience with an artisan charcuterie and cheese board, says The Town Dish.
This will be followed by seasonal salads and warm soups before the spectacular main meal which includes broiled lobster tail and rack of lamb. The experience will be rounded off with extraordinary desserts prepared by executive pastry chef Sam Nahhas’.
Seatings are available from 5 to 10 p.m. with a DJ from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tickets start at $79 per person, with reservations required.
