Technical Account Manager

This position will be responsible for building and maintaining multi-level relationships with the largest customers. A hybrid technical (90 percent) and sales (10 percent) position, he/she will work collaboratively with dedicated outside sales representatives, as well as with the company’s professional services group in all stages of the sales cycle. The person will work with the sales representative pre-sale to help design forward-looking, technically sound solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, and have at least five years of enterprise experience with data center technologies such as Windows, Unix, Linux, NetApp, EMC, Cisco, F5, Riverbed, and VMware. He/she will have the ability to effectively communicate with C-level, IT directors and staff in customer organizations.

Inside Sales Representative

This is the entry level sales position and is focused on driving incremental business opportunities at new accounts and creating new long term customers. He/she is responsible for supporting the Outside Sales Representatives with all aspects of account management, and will also get the opportunity to manage accounts that have potential to grow into sizable customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have one to two years of account management experience. He/she should be highly motivated with a hunger to succeed, and have excellent communication skills and a winning personality. General knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.

NetApp Engineer

This position will be “taking the reins” of many NetApp projects by delivering product presentations and demonstrations, evaluating customer readiness, and designing customer solutions. He/she will perform new product installations or network refreshes, support existing customer NAS/SAN installations, and conduct product knowledge transfers. The person will also identify and resolve application or environmental issues, and support the sales staff.

The ideal candidate will be a NetApp Certified SAN Implementation Engineer (NCIE-SAN), and have a minimum of five years of experience in storage or networking in a senior level or field position. He/she should have extensive knowledge and experience with NetApp FAS series arrays, and have hands-on experience and expertise designing Storage solutions.
