Process Expert

This position works on a regional and global level, driving and contributing to development and securing the implementation of improved processes, working methods, and routines aimed to increase efficiency, lower costs, and improve customer availability. He/she will communicate, plan, and execute the implementation of new and revised initiatives. The person will also identify the need of competence development, and secure the training for related processes and working methods in Regional Supply Team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business – and have at least five years of experience. Experience and in-depth, proven understanding of solutions and relevant processes and working methods is required.

Marketing Research Specialist

This position will manage and execute all qualitative and quantitative consumer insight market research as needed, across all functions in the organization, working with research agencies as needed. He/she will develop and maintain a Leader of Life at home dashboard that provides key consumer insights in an easy-to-access way. The person will also develop a market research plan, identifying research needs to deliver to business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or Business Administration. He/she should have experience managing an agency relationship, with the ability to provide clear strategic and execution direction. The person must have an innate curiosity and aptitude (staying abreast of trends in the marketing field) that proactively demonstrate thought leadership and new ideas/recommendations.

Production Engineer

This position will lead the engineering and quality agenda with the overall goal to improve the customer satisfaction. He/she is the main contact toward the suppliers, and works as a part of the business team, together with the supplier, to develop and secure the production process, handling of quality deviations and secure compliance to all IKEA requirements. The person will perform products audits and productions risk assessments at suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in engineering, and have experience with industrial production conditions. He/she should have the experience to work production in a process-oriented environment.
