Associate Director, Student Accounts

This position directs the day-to-day operations of the student accounts receivable operation, establishes expectations and provides directions needed to meet the goals and objectives of the department, and facilitates system updates and changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a related field and five to seven years of progressive accounts receivable and collections experience in higher education or a non-profit environment.

Enrollment and Institutional Research Analyst

This position designs, conducts, and summarizes analytics related to student recruiting, admissions, student information, financial aid, and more areas using statistical applications such as SPSS, database query languages like SQL.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, advanced knowledge of research methods and analytical procedures, and experience with advanced data analysis.

Prospect Development Associate

This position researches and produces briefing memoranda for campus executives, enhances data capture and data integrity, and identifies new prospects through data mining, electronic screening, and other methods.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, one to two years of work experience, knowledge of and interest in fundraising and philanthropy, and understanding of relevant confidentiality and ethics policies for fundraising.
