The local business community will come together on Thursday, Nov. 13 at the Blue Bell Country Club for an evening of connection, laughter, and celebration at the Montgomery County Business Gala. The event, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County, will spotlight outstanding businesses and individuals whose leadership and innovation continue to strengthen the region’s economic and civic fabric.
Guests will enjoy a lively happy hour with hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and a comedy performance before the evening concludes with a special awards ceremony recognizing excellence across multiple categories.
Honoring Business Excellence
The Chamber Excellence in Business Award will be presented to Lacher, a Souderton-based insurance and consulting firm founded in 1958. As a second-generation, independently owned company, Lacher blends deep industry expertise with a modern approach to risk management, personal and business insurance, and employee benefits. With strong local roots and national reach, the firm positions itself as an innovation partner, helping clients “future-proof” their goals through forward-thinking solutions.
The Horsham Business Association Excellence in Business Award will go to the Horsham Center for Jewish Life. Situated on a scenic, 70-acre campus, the center provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, personal care, and independent living in a setting that prioritizes dignity and connection.
Harth Builders will receive the Lower Gwynedd Business Association Excellence in Business Award. Founded in 1996 and led by Gregory Harth, this family-owned design-build remodeling firm has become a regional leader in craftsmanship, innovation, and client care.
Recognizing Leadership and Service
The Rising Leader Award will be presented to Andrew Champagne, a financial advisor whose active involvement in the chamber, Rotary International, and various community committees exemplifies service-driven leadership.
Jack Hoy, Vice President and Shareholder at Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, PC, will receive the Raymond H. Miley Jr. Distinguished Service Award for his two decades of professional excellence and community involvement, including leadership roles with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the North Penn School District Educational Foundation.
Rounding out the honorees, Seth Lejeune, leader of The SLG Team at the Real Brokerage, will receive the President’s Award for his partnership with chamber leadership and his commitment to strengthening Montgomery County’s business community through collaboration and mentorship.
