The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County will host its 10th Annual Power Your Potential Women’s Conference on Friday, Oct. 17 from 8 AM-3 PM at Normandy Farm.
The event is expected to draw more than 300 professionals for a day filled with leadership insights, networking, and celebration.
The morning will begin with the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to news anchor and motivational speaker Tracy Davidson. Immediately following is “Snapshots of the Journey,” a fireside chat moderated by Sue Rocco, host of the Women to Watch podcast, and featuring:
- Donna Allie, founder and CEO of Team Clean, Inc.
- Linda Chadwick, CEO of Rita’s Water Ice
- Karleigh Burns, owner of Spring House Tavern
- Leighanne Costello, COO at Hatch Bank
Together, they’ll share pivotal moments, lessons learned, and stories of resilience that have shaped their careers.
Mid-morning, attendees will select two of four Power Sessions designed to inspire growth and provide practical strategies. Topics include confident communication and negotiation, early career development, wellness through different life stages, and setting healthy boundaries.
In the afternoon, the program will continue with the presentation of the Woman of Excellence Award to Pam Kelly, who spent 13 years as the chamber’s CEO, and the Power Award to Jeanette Gagnon.
The day will conclude with an afternoon keynote session by Ryan Hammond, Executive Director of the Eagles Autism Foundation, who will deliver “The Journey Forward: Leading with Confidence, Care, and Courage.”
