Two Philadelphia-based companies have earned spots on Deloitte’s 2025 list of the fastest-growing technology firms in North America, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Deloitte released its 31st annual Technology Fast 500 earlier this week, ranking public and private tech companies based on revenue growth from 2021 through 2024.
Philadelphia’s and the region’s top performer was dbt Labs, which came in at No. 105 with 910 percent growth. The company also led the region last year, placing No. 77 with 1,756 percent revenue growth. Formerly known as Fishtown Analytics, dbt Labs announced last month that it will merge with California-based Fivetran in a deal expected to close early next year.
Also featured on the list is GLOBO, which placed second in the city and the region at No. 365 with 200 percent growth. The translation and interpreting tech company jumped 90 spots from No. 455 last year, standing out as the only regional firm to improve its position on this year’s ranking.
Once again, dbt Labs and GLOBO stand as the only two companies from Philadelphia to be included on Deloitte’s Fast 500 list.
