Church Farm School has appointed Jayme Karolyi as Chief Financial Officer.
In this role, Karolyi will be a key member of the Administrative Leadership Team, responsible for the strategic and day-to-day financial and operations management of the school. She has 25 years of experience as an accounting professional at independent schools.
Most recently, Karolyi served as CFO for Holy Ghost Prep, an all-boys day high school in Bensalem. Prior to that, she spent 23 years at the Shipley School in Bryn Mawr in financial and business operations leadership roles.
Karolyi will work closely with the school’s administrative team and Board of Directors to ensure fiscal integrity, operational efficiency, and alignment with the school’s mission and values, while evaluating new opportunities to expand the school’s programs. She has significant experience that will serve CFS well, including financial strategic planning, risk and endowment management, financial assistance budgeting and planning, and EITC/OSTC program reporting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Strayer University and currently chairs the PAISBOA Foundation.
