
King of Prussia District has announced several changes to its Board of Directors, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to strategic leadership and continued growth in the region.
Martha Morales, Vice President and General Manager of Valley Forge Casino Resort, joined the Board. Morales brings extensive experience in hospitality and gaming, having held senior leadership roles at Caesars Palace and The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. A graduate of UNLV, with a master’s degree from USC, she recently relocated to Pennsylvania and succeeds Ron Bailey of Valley Forge Casino Resort on the Board.
James Savard, a Commercial Real Estate Executive at MLP Ventures, is also now a member of the Board. Savard leads development strategy, acquisitions, and public finance initiatives for the King of Prussia-based real estate investment and development firm. He is a licensed attorney and real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and assumes the seat previously held by Audrey Greenberg.
Alexandrea L. Amerine, Senior Property Manager at CBRE, Inc., joined the Board. Amerine is an award-winning property management professional, recognized as CBRE’s Philadelphia Region Real Estate Manager of the Year in 2011 and Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management’s National Real Estate Manager of the Year in 2017. She replaces Joseph Mancuso of CBRE Investment Management.
“These new Board members bring a wealth of experience, energy, and diverse perspectives to the organization,” said Eric Goldstein, President and CEO of King of Prussia District. “Their leadership will be critical as we continue to guide and grow one of the most dynamic communities in the region.”
Additionally, John Bown III of Industrial Investments, Inc. was elevated to the Executive Committee, serving as Treasurer. He joins Board Chair Cheryl Gebeline-Myers (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia – Middleman Pavilion), Vice Chair Eric Davies, CHA (Wurzak Hotel Group), Secretary Robert Hart (Simon Property Group), Past Chair Lea Anne Welsh (Korman Communities) and former Treasurer Richard Kubach (Kubach Management, LLC).
King of Prussia District thanked outgoing members Bailey, Greenberg, Mancuso, and Michael Brookshier for their service and leadership. Their contributions have been instrumental in supporting the organization’s mission and progress. These updates reflect King of Prussia District’s ongoing dedication to advancing its mission through strong governance and forward-looking leadership.
