The CCRES Board of Directors has recognized Holly B. for her outstanding service during her years with the nonprofit.
She first joined CCRES in 2003 and returned 13 years later, in 2017, to work as a Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS).
After earning her degree in Psychology in 1994, Holly began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis and has been dedicated to the field ever since.
Her passion for supporting children with special needs has driven her growth, and she now serves as a Registered Behavior Technician with CCRES.
Holly’s love for her work is evident every day. Her clinician describes her as a “natural caregiver with extensive experience.”
Holly’s intelligence, creativity, and passion have been crucial to the success of the students she supports. She is always ready to help wherever needed, contributing to a better future for the children she serves.
Holly is an energetic and positive team member, and those who work with her feel very fortunate to have her on their team.
CCRES was created in 1999 through a partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit to meet the growing need for behavioral health services for children in Chester County and as a vehicle to give back to the community.
CCRES has grown and now provides vital support for children, families, and adults with a range of challenges, including autism, behavioral health issues, mental illness, as well as intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
CCRES also provides a variety of experienced school administrators to educational agencies throughout the region, working with school districts, intermediate units, and other programs.
It continues to expand into neighboring counties, including Berks, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Lebanon, and Lancaster.
