Elissa Bloom describes her personal style as “stylish, artsy and eclectic.”

Elissa Bloom, executive director of Philadelphia Fashion Incubator and founder of Elissa Bloom Home Bryn Mawr, has always loved fashion and it shows in her personal style and her work, writes Eileen Smith Dallabrida for Main Line Today.

Bloom describes her style as “stylish, artsy and eclectic.”

She loves hats and heels and the foundation of many of her outfits are black leggings and tank tops from Uniqlo.

Her best fashion buy was a beautiful coat she found in Hong Kong and her favorite accessory is a crossbody bag so she can keep her hands free.

On where she got her love of fashion from, she said, “My mom had wonderful style. Our weekend entertainment was going to the mall and traipsing through department stores along with shopping local boutiques.”

In high school in Salem, Massachusetts, she worked at L.H. Rogers, a high-end fashion boutique, and after college, she attended Parish Fashion Institute.

On her work, she said, “At the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, I work with fashion design talent, develop them into creative entrepreneurs, and make a difference in their business trajectories. With Elissa Bloom Home, I bring joy into people’s homes with fun and colorful home décor with personality.”
