6 Montgomery County Breweries Raise Money for Hops and Vines for Hunger
Feeding Pennsylvania, PA Eats and breweries in Pennsylvania join forces every November to combat hunger through its month-long statewide fundraiser, Hops and Vines for Hunger, writes Emily Kovach for PA Eats.
Throughout the month of November, 6 Montgomery County breweries donated $1 for every sale of certain select beers, cocktails and food.
The participating breweries included:
- Bald Birds Brewing Co., 970 Rittenhouse Road, Suite 400, Audubon.
- Forest & Main Brewing Co., 33 E. Butler Avenue, Ambler.
- Hares Hill Brewing Co., 1161 Ridge Road, Pottstown.
- McAllister Brewing Co., 810 Dickerson Rd., North Wales.
- von C. Brewing Co., 1210 Stanbridge St., Suite 300, Norristown
- Workhorse Brewing Co., 250 King Manor Dr., Suite 300, King of Prussia.
Since its inception in 2021, Hops and Vines for Hunger has raised over $33,000 to support Commonwealth residents experiencing food insecurity.
