Pennsylvania bride Kate Simpson has Conshohocken-based David’s Bridal to thank for her wedding day attire at The Manor House at Commonwealth, writes Katy Stankevitz for the platform Pearl by David’s. 

She married her husband, Austin, in a strapless ball gown with a sweetheart neckline this past June in Horsham. The black and white themed wedding had a modern, yet classic touch. Bridesmaids donned black one-shoulder dresses, also from David’s Bridal. 

Black bridesmaid dresses are on the rise, as these sleek garments are able to be worn again for other occasions  

“When I’m fifty, I want to be able to look back at my pictures and still love my wedding look,” she explains. “I loved the train on my dress, with the buttons down the back. It looks timeless and elegant,” said Simpson.
