Conshohocken-Based David’s Bridal Debuts Its New Messaging-Powered Customer Experience Led by Concierge Bot Zoey

Conshohocken-based David’s Bridal, the leading bridal and special occasion authority in the nation, recently debuted its messaging-powered customer experience led by concierge bot Zoey.

The experience is enabled by LivePerson, the global conversational commerce solutions provider. It provides customers with a white-glove experience using Apple Business Chat, a new technology for businesses to connect to customers through the Messages app on Apple products.

Currently, David’s Bridal is the only wedding retailer to offer such services.

Combined with Apple Business Chat, Zoey provides a true omni-experience that flawlessly combines automated technology with real people. This allows customers to book appointments, text with stylists, and place secure orders.

“Following the success of introducing the messaging option to our customers, we knew we’d hit on something special,” said Holly Carroll, Vice President, Customer Service & Contact Center Operations at David’s Bridal.

She added that “introducing Zoey as a personalized concierge experience was the logical next step to help our customers at every stage of their event journey so they can focus on enjoying every moment of their once-in-a-lifetime experiences.”

The company plans to keep adding new features to Zoey. Including among other things, helping customers find the dress of their dreams and the perfect gift for any occasion.
