The popular brewery Tired Hands in Ardmore is planning a “beer park” for Newtown Square, writes Emma Dooling for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The new concept from Tired Hands Brewing Co. envisions a 15-acre “beer park” at an undisclosed address in Newtown Square, according to a June 14 social media post from the company.

“We are hiring folks that love to be outside, selling beer from a cabin,” the post reads.

A day after that post appeared, Tired Hands followed up with a second post looking for food trucks to work with the brewery at the property.

No further details were provided.

Tired Hands is known for its milkshake-style IPAs and farmhouse ales.

It is owned by Jean Broillet IV who began the business 10 years ago in the garage of his parents. The company uses locally-sourced ingredients.

Its beers are inspired by the farmhouse brewers of France and Belgium and the brewers of America, according to its website. It focuses on local over imported beers.

It runs a Fermentaria and BrewCafe in Ardmore, a biergarten in Mt. Airy and two taprooms in Fishtown and Kennett Square.
