The Main Line Dominates List of Top 100 Most Expensive Zip Codes in U.S.
While Pennsylvania failed to make the top 100 most expensive U.S. ZIP codes list, the Main Line continues to dominate in the Keystone State with seven of the ten priciest ZIP codes, writes Eliza Theiss for the Property Shark.
Villanova’s 19085 remained the most expensive ZIP code in the state, as well as one of the most exclusive areas in the nation, with a median home sale price of $953,000.
Gladwyne’s 19035 came second on the list with a median sale price of $942,000, and Haverford’s 19041 takes third place with almost $800,000.
Meanwhile, Philadelphia’s exclusive Chestnut Hill neighborhood with its 19118 ZIP code failed to make the cut, leaving the City of Brotherly Love without a representative in the top-10 list.
