Montgomery County is home to six of the 20 Best Places to Live in Pennsylvania, according to new rankings recently published by Niche.com.
Niche.com ranked places based on several key factors, including the cost of living, quality of local schools, employment rates, crime statistics, and housing trends, among many others.
Penn Wynne, with a population of 5,758 and a median home value of $366,200, placed second among the state’s best places to live. Nationally, it ranked fifth.
Ardmore was right behind Penn Wynne, checking in at No. 3 among the state’s best places to live and at No. 16 among the best places to live in America.
Narberth (No. 11), Blue Bell (No. 16), King of Prussia (No. 17), and West Conshohocken (No. 19) round out Montgomery County’s entries in the 20 Best Places to Live in Pennsylvania.
