The Customer Service Representatives assists insurance customers with finding information on a provider and other basic question. Customer interaction is via Phone, Chat, and Email in support of a single client for CompanyVoice.  

The Customer Service Representative works closely with a team of agents completing the same function and is supported by a supervisor. Extensive training is provided on the needs of the client, their customers, and the system that enables incoming and outgoing calls.

CompanyVoice offers the ability to work in the office or at home, independently, after training is completed.

Background: 

Preferable customer service or insurance. Looking for individuals with strong computer/technology skills and literacy. May be working on multiple computer systems.
