Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Part-time High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach position.

The Part-time High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach is responsible for communicating the College’s Dual Enrollment, Global Academy, and University Center program and course offerings for the purposes of recruitment, enrollment, and retention.

The High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach is responsible for building relationships with prospective students, applicants, and returning students through phone, email and in person contact to assist them with navigating the College’s enrollment processes.  

The High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach must understand academic advisement, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, database tracking, and report generation.

The High School & Educational Partnerships Enrollment Coach is expected to conduct and participate in program events, presentations, information sessions and off campus events.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Associate degree required
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals.
  • Customer service and sales or marketing experience.
  • Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend schedule.
  • Ability to travel to off-campus sites
