For Millennials Seeking New Type of Office Space, Conshohocken’s Seven Tower Bridge Could Be the Answer

With employees resisting a return to the office after two years of working from home, employers are trying to find locations that better fit what their millennial workforce are now looking for in an office space – and Conshohocken’s Seven Tower Bridge could be the answer, writes Julia Troy for the BISNOW.

“People are now looking for office space that has the amenities and appeal of big-city high-rises, but in a more convenient location,” said Esther Pulver, vice president at Oliver Tyrone Pulver, which co-developed Seven Tower bridge with American Real Estate Partners and Partners Group.

Seven Tower Bridge is a new class of office building that has all the features of an urban office along with the river views and easy access to nature only offered in the suburbs.

“You need big-city style—formal lobbies, high-end finishes, dramatic windows – but with suburban accessibility and charm,” notes Esther.

The property boasts Class-A office space, full-height windows to best enjoy the view, and numerous amenities, including fitness facilities and indoor and outdoor conference spaces. The building is also environmentally friendly and is in the process of earning LEED Silver certification.
