Despite the pandemic, Conshohocken-based Oliver Tyrone Pulver has reported great success with its local office buildings so far this year, writes Matthew Rothstein for the BisNow.
“I’m always bullish on Conshohocken,” said Oliver Tyrone Pulver’s Vice President Esther Pulver. “This market can hold its own through anything.”
Adding that highway and transit accessibility combined with a walkable downtown makes Conshohocken one of Philadelphia’s strongest suburban submarkets. This has helped Oliver Tyrone Pulver keep nearly all of its office tenants from either exiting their leases or declining on renewing for the next year.
“We’ve had satisfaction in all the 2021 renewals already,” said Pulver.
As far as new construction goes, the company is continuing work on Seven Tower Bridge in Conshohocken, including updating plans for the building several times to implement additional safety measures.
The office building will now have four larger instead of the six originally planned conference rooms to encourage social distancing. The air filtration system has also been upgraded and holographic elevator buttons are being installed.
“We don’t want to deliver 2021 office space with 2019 standards,” said Pulver.
